How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed in your app store, not inside the app.

  • iPhone (Apple): Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android (Google Play): Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel.
How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by the store where you made the purchase.

  • Apple: request via reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: request via your order history: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
How do I change my subscription plan?

You can change plans in your store subscription settings.

  • Apple: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → select the app → choose another plan.
  • Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → change plan.
Where can I find invoices and receipts?

Receipts are provided by the app store.

  • Apple: receipts are emailed to your Apple ID email; purchase history is visible in reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: receipts go to your Google email; order history: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Your purchases are tied to your store account.

  • Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account.
  • Open the app and use Restore Purchases (if available in that app).
How do I delete my account?

Some SimpleTools apps do not use accounts at all. If an app has account functionality, you can typically delete it in the app settings (look for “Delete Account”).

Important: deleting an account does not automatically cancel subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription in the store first.
