1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any mobile applications, services, and website operated under the SimpleTools brand (“Services”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Services

4. AI & Generated Content Disclaimer

Some SimpleTools apps use artificial intelligence or third-party APIs to generate responses, solutions, analyses, or other content (“Generated Content”).

You acknowledge and agree:

• Generated Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect.
• We do not guarantee correctness, reliability, or suitability.
• Generated Content is provided for informational and assistive purposes only.
• You use any Generated Content at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for how you use the output of the Services.

5. No Professional Advice

The Services do not provide medical, legal, financial, academic, or other professional advice.

Nothing provided through the Services should be interpreted as:

• Guaranteed academic accuracy
• Financial valuation advice
• Legal guidance
• Medical diagnosis or treatment

Always seek qualified professionals where appropriate.

6. User Content

Some apps may allow you to upload images or other content.

You retain ownership of your content.

However, you grant us a limited license to process such content solely to provide the functionality of the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content.

Account Features (If Available)

Some SimpleTools apps may offer optional account features. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If a specific app does not offer account functionality, this section does not apply to your use of that app.

Account Deletion (If Available)

If an app offers account functionality, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data either through the app (if such feature is provided) or by contacting us via our Contact page.

Please note:

• Deleting an account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Subscriptions must be canceled separately through your App Store account.
• We may retain certain information where required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

If a specific app does not offer account functionality, this section does not apply.

7. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Are managed through your Apple App Store account.
• Can be canceled in your device settings.

Free trials, if offered:

• Automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Prices may vary by region and may change.

8. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store).

We do not control Apple’s billing or refund policies.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via: reportaproblem.apple.com

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, text, graphics, branding, and trademarks, are owned by SimpleTools or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability without interruption

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect
• Incidental
• Special
• Consequential
• Punitive damages
• Academic losses
• Financial losses
• Lost profits
• Data loss

Arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific app giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SimpleTools from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your misuse of Generated Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

13. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

You waive the right to:

• Participate in class actions
• Participate in collective lawsuits
• Have disputes decided by a jury

Arbitration shall be conducted in a neutral location or remotely, as permitted by applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of SimpleTools is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Assignment

We may transfer or assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will include a revised “Effective Date.”

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
